Ways we support and our care services

Our three pillars of movement, mindset and motivation are crucial for personal growth and development.

At It’s Her Founation, our mission is to empower underprivileged women by providing comprehensive support that encompasses movement, mindset, motivation, and community. We are committed to enabling these women to overcome adversity, realise their inherent potential, and create a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

Movement

A specifically designed female boxing program is delivered to help build confidence, discipline, and physical strength. Boxing is also a great way to release stress and tension, which can be especially beneficial for young women who may be dealing with anxiety or trauma.

Mindset

Meditation can help young women develop mindfulness, self-awareness, and emotional regulation skills. It can also reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and increase feelings of calm and clarity.

Motivation

Motivational talks can be a powerful way to inspire and empower young women to set goals, overcome obstacles, and develop growth mindset. Hearing stories and experiences of others who have overcome obstacles, and develop a growth mindset.
